I will present wines of my production, and selected wines of other wineries located in the Trevenezie area (which comprehend the provinces of TN-VR-VI-PD-RO-TV-BL-PN-UD-TS).

We will see together different techniques of production and cultivation of the vine, vinification methods, passing through the whites, the reds, and the sparkling, without forgetting sweet wines and blends.

For each wine that I will propose, my wife Nicoletta will cook a typical food of our territory, to be carefully paired with the wine.

And then… a lot of history and anecdotes of the local and surrounding area.
